A recent report claims that the Marvel Studios project directed by Scarlett Johansson will focus on the Blonde Phantom. Now Daniel Richman has suggested that the heroine of the show could be played by singer Taylor Swift. In fact, the star is said to have met with Kevin Feige to discuss possible roles, one of which is The Blonde Phantom. The insider said that the series is a spy series and takes place in Las Vegas in the 1950s.
The report did not clarify whether Swift will have a cameo in Deadpool and Wolverine or if Marvel is saving the character’s debut for her own show.
The Blonde Phantom first appeared in 1946’s All Select Comics #11 and was created by Stan Lee and Sid Shores. However, the character disappeared for several years until her return in The Sensational She-Hulk in the late 1980s.
