The Mahershala Ali-starrer Blade will tie up with another Marvel Studios project in the future.
New details about the Blade-based project have been shared by insider Daniel Richman.

An insider revealed that Michael Green was responsible for writing the most recent script for the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. This part of the information was known a few months ago, when it was revealed in the official media that the author of the screen documentary of films like Logan and Blade Runner 2049 was hired by Marvel to rewrite Blade, this after many problems in the production.
Richtman said that the film will not be made many years later, so it will take place in the present. He also hinted that Mia Goth is still in production to play Lilith, the main antagonist.
Finally, the report claims that Marvel Studios wants to connect Blade through the Midnight Children project, the popular team of supernatural characters.
According to Production Weekly’s listing, the MCU film will begin filming in late 2024 to hit theaters on November 7, 2025.
