Moztros brings us Mighty Morphin Power Rangers / Ninja Turtles 2, which takes the adventure of the young heroes to unprecedented heights.

Moztros Editorial brings us a new comic where two of the most popular and iconic teams in pop culture join forces, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Ninja Turtles.

Cobawunga and metamorphosis

In their first adventure, the two teams had to join forces to face the alliance of their arch-rivals, the Shredder and Rita Repulsa. The young heroes fought hard and even switched roles, with the Turtles becoming the new Guardians and the Guardians becoming Ninjas. In the end, Shredder was exiled and Rita was banished to Dimension X.

Even with their victory, the heroes don’t relax because they know their enemies will be back, and they’ve been searching for Shredder for months. The Turtles’ friend, Casey, has been missing for months, which is why the cast starts investigating and discovers that the other rangers are also robbing people. This story will be full of hundreds of references to the two franchises, many jokes and, above all, actions. Your favorite character from the world of Ninja Turtles or Power Rangers, friend or foe, can’t help but appear in this comic. Although new villains will also appear to follow the young heroes into trouble.

Ryan Parro knows what he has on his hands, two franchises together should be the greatest expression of entertainment, and he more than delivers. As mentioned earlier, the story is full of humor and witty dialogue, while the main characters’ interactions with the various villains are excellent. It should be noted that there are moments where he speaks directly to the reader, breaking the fourth wall. In short, a very well-crafted script where the tune never skips a beat.

But part of what makes it fun to read is through artists like Dan Mora and Raul Angulo. Mora y Angulo show their wonderful talent with amazing drawings and colors (Rita’s design is amazing). We’re looking at characters that we’ve seen in hundreds of media with all kinds of designs, but Mora makes them her own, as if she’s been drawing them her whole life. Angulo also works like a glove with picture-perfect colors. Few complaints can be made about the visual part, it is the best picture for such funny pictures.

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers / Ninja Turtles 2 Edition by Moztros

Like the previous volume, Moztroz brings us this new adventure of Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles in a 17×26 cm hardcover. It has a total of 128 pages and in addition to the 5 issues and their covers, there is an art gallery of different designs. The size retails for €23.90.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers / Ninja Turtles 2 is a must-have for fans of the two franchises, not just for fun, but also for anyone looking for some good fun. Packed with a fun story, action and humor, it’s a volume anyone will really enjoy. Dan Mora and Raul Angulo re-signed the amazing artwork that sells the comic with a two-page spread due to the drawing.
