Chris Hemsworth is in talks with Marvel to star in Thor 5.
After Taika Waititi announced that he would not be in charge of Thor 5 (an as-yet-unannounced film by Marvel Studios), now the famous director is working on the fifth installment of God of Thunder and Chris Hemsworth has once again commented. He is in talks to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Chris Hemsworth will continue in UCM for a long time
In an interview with Inverse, Thor: Love and Thunder director Taika Waititi said that he heard that Hemsworth is not done with his character in the MCU and will appear in Thor 5. Arrange the first talks between the studio and the actor to return to this superhero.
Although it hasn’t been announced that Thor will have a new movie, between various reports and Waititi’s words, it seems to indicate that everything is true. Marvel’s task right now (if they really plan to make Thor 5) is to find a good director to helm the project. A filmmaker who takes on the critically-acclaimed character Love and Thunder will have to do something special with him, and win the trust of those who hated the happy-go-lucky Thor and loved Waititi’s version.
However, Marvel’s most difficult task right now is reorganizing the program. Let’s remember that Deadpool 3, Captain America 4, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man 4, Blade, Shang-Chi 2, Armor Wars and the two Avengers movies are yet to be released. Now, if we consider what seems strong and what many would consider to be true, we have Doctor Strange 3 and Forever 2 as well.
