Sony and Nintendo have joined forces to produce a live-action The Legend of Zelda movie.

The Legend of Zelda makes the jump to the big screen
2023 has been a big year for Zelda fans, after the launch of Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo confirmed that a live-action film of the saga is in the works.
The film will be produced by Sony’s Avi Arad and Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto. The project is also being directed by Wes Ball, known for his work on Maze Runner. Sony is responsible for distributing the film, and will also collaborate with Nintendo. In a statement, Miyamoto said of the project: “It will take time to complete, but I hope you’re looking forward to seeing it.
Unfortunately, although it is already known who the director will be, there is no more information about this adaptation. So, the former is probably still a long way off. Meanwhile, we await any news related to Nintendo Live Action.
