Miles Morales’ Spider-Verse continues to expand thanks to a new short film.
The Spider-Verse short film, The Spider Within, now has a release date on YouTube.
The new battle that Miles Morales has to face
According to Variety, The Spider Inside will debut on YouTube on March 27. The Spider Within focuses on Miles Morales’ battle with depression as he tries to live his life as a normal kid as Brooklyn Spider-Man. However, our hero has a panic attack that makes him face the root of the problem.
The Spider Within premiered at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival last June. This short film is a collaboration between Sony Pictures Animation and Sony Pictures Imageworks. The project is also part of the Leading and Inspiring New Stories (LENS) mentoring program launched in 2022 to promote development opportunities for high-potential youth.
