Shang-Chi is seen in Marvel Zombies material shown at D23

Marvel Zombies It was one of the programs present at the D23event in which a new look at the animated series.

The D23 video was only shown to attendees, but details of the footage were shared online. The preview begins with Shang Chi fighting a large number of zombies with his father, Wenwubetter known as The Mandarinwho is sacrificed when Shang-Chi is bitten. It turns out that the Mandarin throws the Ten Rings onto his son’s arm so that the infection doesn’t spread, thus saving Shang-Chi’s life and preventing him from becoming a zombie.

The video then shows a five-year time jump, an apocalyptic future in which Katia and Shang-Chi fight against a biker gang Skrull in a moment that reminds Crazy Max. The presentation would have confirmed that the main characters of the Marvel Studios show are Shang-Chi with his zombified arm protected by rings, Katy (Shang-Chi’s friend played by Awkwafina) And Jimmy Woo.

Wonder also confirmed that Marvel Zombies will consist of four episodes and will be rated TV-MA. However, the animated series does not yet have a premiere date.
