Zack Snyder plays a lot of Fortnite, and is a huge fan of the popular video game.
After revealing himself to be a fan of Fortnite earlier this year, Zack Snyder has now hinted that he would like to direct a movie adaptation of the popular video game.
Zack Snyder Willing to Make a Fortnite Movie
During the interview, Snyder was asked if he would be interested in directing a Fortnite movie, and the filmmaker responded positively.
“Sure. I really wanted to do some Fortnite skins for the Rebel Moon movie, first, as a very basic introduction. But yeah, look, Fortnite is an incredible world, and it’s incredibly interesting to me. But it’s really cool, and the alchemy they’ve created there. It’s really special. When I started playing, I thought I knew what it was, and then it was something completely different. You never know. You can never say never, that’s my mantra in this business.”
It’s strange that someone with style like Snyder likes Fortnite, but this is an example of how people’s tastes are often unpredictable.
At the moment, Snyder is very busy with all things related to the world of Rebel Moon, the first episode of which arrives on Netflix this December 22nd.
