White Lotus Season 3’s First Returning Star Reveals Character’s New Storyline

A former fan favorite revealed her character’s new storyline in the highly anticipated third season of The White Lotus. In season 1, Natasha Rothwell played Belinda Lindsey, a spa director at the White Lotus resort in Hawaii.

Rothwell will reprise the role for which she earned an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actress in the upcoming season of the popular HBO holiday satirical anthology set in Thailand. Following last year’s announcement of Belinda’s return, the actor has so far refused to divulge any plot information regarding her role. In an interview with Weekly EntertainmentRothwell joked about how she was sworn to secrecy about how and why her character was moving from Hawaii. “Honestly, the tension is unbearable,” she said. “My hairdresser, the taxi driver, people were shaking me down for information, and I was like, ‘I’ve given up on my life. I can’t tell you anything.’
