In February, it was announced that another actor had joined the Max project, despite filming for the sequel to the Batman villain. Giacomo Farci published a picture of Mark Strong on Instagram, and confirmed that he worked with the star.
What’s interesting about this issue is Farsi’s response when a user asked him if he would work on El Pinguino. The answer was, “Yes, I trained Mark for this.” However, Warner Bros., Max and DC Studios have yet to confirm Strong’s involvement in the said project. Strong has also been involved in the DC Universe, playing Dr. Sivana in Shazam!
The Batman spin-off series is set to peak in Fall 2024.
