Men showrunner Eric Kripke has commented that he is concerned about how the Prime Video series mirrors real-life events.

In an interview with The Wrap , Kripke talked about the popular superhero show, and took the opportunity to reflect on the series’ ability to criticize and criticize what’s wrong with society.

“This show has a growing history of not reflecting reality in one way or another. There is some throwaway dialogue, for example, about how billionaires have to manipulate the Supreme Court to get the decisions they need. I’m not happy to be in the Satanic Writers’ Room. I’m starting to worry a lot about this.” But there are some unsettling parallels between the show and what’s happening in the real world.
