Moztros brings his prequel to one of the greatest fighting video games, Street Fighter IV

Street Fighter continues to be one of the most popular brands in the world of video games in one way or another, we’ve all played or played a Capcom fighting game. In the year In 2008, this game was released for arcades and a year later for home consoles. The game was a critical and sales success and many have included it in their lists of the best games in history.

In addition to the game, the game also had an anime and a comic, which we are here to talk about. Back in the day, publisher UDON published 4 issues consisting of the comic series Street Fighter IV, which serves as a prequel to the game and focuses on Abel, Crimson Viper, Rufus, El Fuerte, and Seth. Moztros was responsible for publishing the miniseries of this saga, and this time it was the fourth part.

Welcome to the street fighter competition

The pillars of the story are the new characters Abel, Crimson Viper, Rufus, El Fuerte and Seth introduce to us in this fourth part of the saga. The protagonist is Viper, a mercenary hired by a woman who entrusts the warrior to capture various warriors. The idea is to take the power and techniques of those fighters to make Seth even more powerful. Viper’s mission takes him to different parts of the world to face all kinds of fighters.

In addition to the main story, the comic also spawns a series of mini-stories, each focusing on the star character, including Juri’s one. There are also two mini-stories that focus on Final Fight, another Capcom arcade game set in the same universe as Street Fighter.

Although it acts as a prequel to the video game, the comic can be read on its own, although there are many references to the Street Fighter universe that the reader may not understand. The last boss in the game is Seti, and this comic will clear the way and make everything ready.

Ken Siu-Chang does a good job of creating an entertaining story, especially considering that the saga doesn’t have very prominent characters. The new characters are attractive to most readers. Also, the story, apart from being action-packed, has moments of espionage that anyone who loves this genre will really enjoy. It also does a good job of adding jokes in measured form and at the right time.

Joe NG is in charge of the painting. The artist has made it clear that he is best suited to draw stories where action is the main attraction as he gives a lot of flair to the fight scenes. Additionally, the character designs (although part of the credit goes to Capcom) will appeal to readers who like excellent and unusual designs.

Moztros Edition Street Fighter IV

Moztros brings us this comic in a cute softcover that measures 17 x 26 and contains a total of 152 pages. Until now, the publisher has published Saga comics in hardcover and many readers may not like the change, but it is true that thanks to the change in format, this volume is much cheaper than the others, €16.50.

Street Fighter IV is a very interesting comic, an entertaining story that also includes the spy genre with a good balance between action and humor. The drawing is the big attraction of this comic and it will delight everyone who looks at it. A highly recommended comic for fans of the saga and even those looking for a pure entertainment comic.
