Since its debut in 1968 in X-Men #49, Polaris, also known as Lorna Dane, is shown to be much more than Magneto’s biological daughter. Her mastery of magnetism and emotional resilience have led her to join multiple teams, since X-Men main to the different iterations of X-Factor.
