Marvel at the Superman Collection! Here are the first images of Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern and Isabella Merced as Hawkgirl.
As filming continues in Superman: Legacy, James Gunn’s new installment in the DC Universe, two more superheroes have emerged. Following rumors and sightings in Cleveland, recent photos show Nathan Fillion and Isabella Merced in full costume as Green Lantern Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl.

In the photos, Fillion sports Gardner’s signature bowl cut and ring-tossing variation of the hero’s outfit, with a white color and a notable addition to the LordTech logo, much like Mr. Terrific’s outfit. On the other hand, although Merced is photographed in profile, her outfit appears to be very faithful to the comic, and she retains the character’s profile.
David Cornswaite as Superman and Eddie Gathegi as Mr. Terrific are also in the scenes, the latter posing with Hawkgirl as Superman chats with characters on the ground.
The context of the recording
Although we don’t have exact details about the filming of the scene, the pictures indicate that there is a lot of cooperation between the heroes. Superman, Mr. Terrific and Hawkgirl appear to be working together, leading to speculation that a superhero team may be formed.
James Gunn has already hinted that Superman’s dual life as Clark Kent and Man of Steel will be explored in this film. This suggests that these characters may be their “super friends”, although it is not yet clear if they will form an official team.

Other confirmed characters include Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Pruitt Taylor Vince and Neva Howell as “Ma” and “Pa” Kent, and Milly Alcock as Supergirl, although the latter has yet to be confirmed.

Gunn expressed his excitement about principal photography in a previous message: “I’m extremely excited to announce that principal photography on Superman has begun today, February 29th, which coincidentally and unexpectedly coincides with Superman’s birthday. “When I finished the first draft of the script, I called the movie ‘Superman: Legacy.'” By the end of the final draft, it was clear the title was SUPERMAN,” added Gunn.
