Superman reached new heights at this year’s box office, and the next season of Stranger Things is one of the most anticipated Netflix releases of all time. Now, the stars of both productions are joining forces for an exciting new series.

Deadline reports that Stranger Things“Millie Bobby Brown and SupermanRachel Brosnahan of , is expected to both star and executive produce Prismwhich is currently in development at Netflix. Etan Frankel (Shameless, Joe vs. Carole) is selected to be the showrunner. Character details hint that Brown will play Cassie, a woman with the unique ability to communicate with ghosts as she attempts to uncover the cause of a newly discovered phenomenon that causes “visitors” (ghosts) to appear all over the world. Netflix declined to comment.

Further details about Brosnahan’s story or character were not immediately available. Prism is based on a short story written by series co-producer Nick Shafir, who was an Assemble Original featured in the magazine. Assemble Artifacts. Assemble Media is also attached to produce.

Prism could potentially be the start of a new era for Brown and Netflix, with Stranger Things expected to reach its highly anticipated conclusion later this year. The Duffer Brothers series will air its fifth and final season in three batches, with four episodes on November 26, followed by three episodes on December 25. A special finale episode will bring the series to its conclusion on December 31.
