It’s possible that Marvel already has the actor for Hulkling, who would debut in Agatha: Coven of Chaos

Is Hulkling finally coming to the MCU?
In a new report from Murphy’s Multiverseit is mentioned Marvel already wanted an actor for Teddy Altman. According to the media Miles Gutierrez-Riley would be chosen to give life to the Hulkling. The actor’s participation in UCM was originally revealed by The Hollywood Reporter.
In October 2022, a search was reported for a gay actor between the ages of 18 and 20 who is “a kind soul… [con] a great sense of humor.” He’s also totally in love with his partner and has an athletic build.
The outlet said that although Gutierrez-Riley does not match the age range, this does not prevent her from playing the character, as the age limits serve only as guidelines and are not required to be adhered to. Since i Agatha: Chaos Coven seems to have both Billy and his Jewish parents, Hulking’s appearance in the series is quite likely.
Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed Billy and Teddy’s participation, but it is known that both Joe Locke and Gutiérrez-Riley are part of Agatha, and therefore it is thought that they will be responsible for giving life to the members of young avengers.
