Disney was under a computer attack, which could have caused the San Diego Comic-Con ads for Marvel Studios to be revealed.
Following the Disney hack, Marvel Studios has confirmed that it will be hosting a big panel at San Diego Comic-Con.
Will the Marvel commercials be released?
Disney appears to have been hacked and 1.1 TB of data is said to have been compromised. A group calling itself “Nullbulge” claims to have access to the mouse company’s internal Slack, and now they have information related to unannounced projects. Slack is an instant messaging application developed by Slack Technologies.
Disney has yet to respond to this alleged hack, but it’s clear the company will have to pay for the stolen data. If Disney refuses to comply with the hackers’ requests, their information will be shared online.
Marvel Studios will reveal its plans at San Diego Comic-Con in a 1-hour panel on Saturday, July 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (3 a.m. to 4 a.m. in Spain on the 28th). We’ll be keeping a close eye on any news related to the Disney hack and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
