Mads Mikkelsen, the actor who gave Dr. Strange a villainous life, may continue in another role in UCM
Mads Mikkelsen, the actor who played Caecilius in the first Doctor Strange film, is in talks with Marvel Studios to return to their universe in a different role.

A new report hints that the Danish actor will be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but perhaps playing a different character than Caecilius. According to insider Daniel Richman, Mickelson has reached out to Marvel Studios to work with them again in an as-yet-undisclosed role.
The rumor has fans starting to speculate who it could be, with Doctor Doom being the first to come to mind. In fact, another leak came out weeks ago that claimed Marvel wanted Mikaelson as UCM’s Doom. The actor has also shown interest in the character, and was seen playing the villain in 2015’s Fantastic Four.
At this point, it’s unclear whether or not Doctor Doom will appear in the MCU’s Fantastic Four movie, so it’s still unclear whether Mikaelson could play him. Therefore, it is better to wait until we see a sign that Marvel is interested in using him in the short term.
