First of all, it should be noted that there are six main lines Ace Lawyer games, two Great Ace Lawyer spin-offs, and two Surveys spin-offs. For the most part, these three groups are independent of each other and can be treated as if they were three individual series. At the same time, each group takes place in the same Ace Lawyer universe, meaning there is a chronological order in which the franchise can be played.
1 The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures goes back in time over a century

The great lawyer was originally released in 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS, but only in Japan. It is only The Chronicles of the Grand Ace Attorney was released in 2019 and it and its sequel were eventually released in the west. Originally from Japan, Ryunosuke spends much of his The great lawyer games in London, England, which features a jury-based justice system, a variation of the main series’ non-jury trials. Although the years are not explicitly stated in The great lawyer In the game, the first murder victim refers to “Meiji 34” on the cover of their autopsy report. Meiji 34, the 34th year of the Meiji era in Japan, corresponds to 1901. While there are some inconsistencies in the game, Meiji 34 is the closest we get to establishing a year.
Collection: The Chronicles of the Great Ace Attorney
The Grand Prosecutor 2: Solve begins shortly after the events of the original The great lawyer game. In fact, those playing the collection will find that the two games connect seamlessly, making it feel like one long game. The first episode of Solve takes place in Japan, while the remaining cases take place in England with Ryunosuke’s assistant, Susato Mikotoba, posing as a male relative of her mentor and defending a case.

The last two episodes act as the first and second part of the same case leading to a thrilling and gripping conclusion. as Ryunosuke uncovers the truth behind an infamous and nearly indescribable past case.
