Gen V reveals who could be the most powerful Super to date, but it is not in fact a Supe

Gen V revealed incredibly exciting and deeply strange suddens throughout its race. There is Marie, for example, who can manipulate blood. There is Cate, who has the power to control the mind through touch. Jordan is a gear lever, capable of transparently passing by a person with women who can draw energy explosions from an almost indestructible male form with superhuman force. Then others can do anything, to retract their private male parts to use as a weapon to communication with aquatic animals.

However, the most powerful person with Supe capacities may not be a supe. It is a shocking revelation because this person does not seem to have been injected with the compound V like all the other Supe. However, they apparently have a terrifying superpower. How is a mystery, but it is clear that they plan to use it to get what they want.

Dean Cipher has a shocking secret

In Gen V season 2, episode 4, “bags”, A shocking discovery is made on Dean Cipher. While students come together to understand how they can fight back, Marie makes a discovery. Dean Cipher entails him to exploit his capacities, hoping that she will test them in a television fight that the university orchestrated between her and Jordan. But while they work, she notices something. First of all, she can do things that she did not realize that she could, just as he claims. And secondly, there is something about Dean Cipher. She sees and feels blood flowing in her veins and realizes that he hides a secret: he is human. Cate confirms this suspicion when she advises that, although her powers still do not work properly, she does not feel any compound V in her system.

This is huge because it means that Dean Cipher pretends to be “one of them”, a Supe fighting for the supe rights who want to build an army to fight against bad humans, namely the Starlighters. If it is human, it is complete fraud. All they have to do is expose this information publicly, and he will be released from his position at school and disseminated by the public. But how can they do this? With the help of Emma and her new Secret Starlighter friends, as well as in a surprisingly Cate, Marie, Jordan and the others include a plan. Cate will see Dean Cipher, who asked her to visit after grabbing her, she and Jordan, spy in the secret room of her house. (There is a charred body and apparently living in a room, but it’s a whole different story). The others will help sneak into a camera where they will record the conversation while Cate tries to make it admit the truth.

Everything works with a little time until Dean Cipher drops the bomb. He knows exactly what they are doing, picks up the small camera and seems completely bored by Cate for thinking that she could get one over him. But he also smiled badly. As they watch the fight on television, he must have been one of the best fights supe in Gen V,, Marie and Jordan are starting to kiss to protest, not wanting to fight. Cate always thinks that her blackmail will work, and Dean Cipher will stop the fight to prevent him from telling anyone who is human. But she is in a brutal awakening. “Look at this,” he said, turning to watch the fight on television.

Jordan goes from male form to female form and begins to attack Marie. “Do not be rude, category, give us a wave,” explains Cipher. As he waves his hand, Jordan looks at himself and synchronizes with him. “I told you, Marie, don’t get her hand. It doesn’t matter,” said Jordan, how much Marie realizes that Dean Cipher controls them. “Like a roped meat puppet,” he said (and Jordan), while Cate and Marie look at him with horror. He has the upper hand for a while, shouting to Marie to do something, pushing her to push her stronger to fight. It works, and she has Jordan Levitation in the air until all the blood of their system is visibly starting through their veins, as if they were about to explode. It is obvious at that time that the real Jordan is back, the pain too much for Cipher to wear, and Marie lets go, horrified by what she did.

What Dean Cipher’s powers seem to be

Dean Cipher’s powers may not be manifest like the others. He does not seem to have superhuman strength or sustainability. But it has a version of the control of the spirit of Cate which is much more powerful. He doesn’t even need to touch his victim. How he does it is not clear, as if he was able to do it to anyone and completely at will. If it is, he would want to think that he could control Marie at any time and simply use her as a puppet. There must therefore be limits to his power.

The suggestion is that the body he has in a room in the secret room of his house could have something to do with these powers. If it is indeed human and has no compound V in its system, Dean Cipher may have found a way to exploit these powers through this charred supe. Perhaps may only be temporary and require it to go through a certain type of process whenever they want to use them. However, he manages it, it is terrifying to know that he has these powers without having been injected with compound V.

In addition, some other clues suggest that it is even more powerful than being able to punish people’s actions. He knew, for example, that Marie knew that he was Dr. Gould and present at birth. None of the students would have told him, and it does not seem that Aunt Pam indicates that he is even at school using a different name. So how did he discover it? He also knew the hidden camera in the room. It was as if he hadn’t taken her up, looking at Cate during their conversation, probably reading her mind that she thought of the captured images. Unless he is incredibly insightful, there is no other explanation on the way he knew these things.

What it means to go ahead

Dean Cipher’s ability as a puppet master is terrifying in itself. Did he use it in the past, and if so, when and how? Viewers probably think about each interaction and wonder if someone was under their fate without knowing it. Has anyone acted strangely, suggesting that he was controlling them? What is the end of these powers? In addition, what are its plans to use it in the future?

His despair to shape Marie in a killing machine always has viewers questioning her end of the game. Maybe he wants to have it eliminated Homelander. Once he has molded Marie to be the most powerful student super, he could literally serve as a puppet master. He could probably pull his strings as he wants and make her do what he needs. He does not have the power to fight physically, but he apparently has the power to control someone who does it. The idea that Dean Cipher trains his own puppet is downright threatening and makes fans worried about Marie and how she can survive her incessant need to control her.

What students do with this information remains to be seen. Most importantly, however, this is what Dean Cipher does them, in particular Cate and Marie, now that he knows that they conspire against him. When Cate tells him that there is no V in his blood, he realizes that it was Marie who has resumed that, and he probably will not be happy. Although if he is able to read the spirits, he probably already knew that Marie felt it while they were training.

In any case, Dean Cipher could be the most dangerous supe Gen V And Boys. This is particularly strange because it is probably not a Supe at all. This could suggest that compound V is not necessarily necessary to grant superpowers to someone. Looking at how Gen V crosspiece BoysIt also questions the effectiveness of the virus that has been developed. If this virus, for which Billy Butcher holds the last supposed song, does not work as planned against someone as Dean Cipher, it is more dangerous than anyone who imagined it.
