Two decades after The Fantastic Four premiered under the Fox label, the translator of the original cast has shown interest in reviving the iconic character.
Jessica Alba may reprise her role as Sue Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman in the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). 20 years after her debut in Fantastic Four (2005), the actress expressed her desire to return to this franchise, in words, before and after her career.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, she reflected on her involvement in the original saga and its 2007 sequel, Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer. While she hasn’t spoken to Marvel Studios yet, her interest is palpable: “No one has talked to me about coming back, but I’d jump at the chance.”
