HBO Max has canceled a program related to the world of Batman
After the big reveal about James Gunn’s plans and Peter Saffron for the new dc universe, HBO Max canceled Pennyworth after three seasons.
The series has the main role Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth and was created and directed by the creator of Gotham, Bruno Heller. Pennyworth is the latest DC series to be cancelled HBO Maxas it was reported last week that both Doom Patrol and Titans will end their current seasons.

Pennyworth season 3 ended with Alfred, Lucius Fox (Simon Manyonda), Bet Sykes (Polly Walker), Martha (Emma Paetz) and Bruce Wayne (Ben Aldridge) on the run from a London where the citizens were drugged with a hallucinogenic drug, as well as seeing General Thursday drop a nuclear bomb on the city. Heller had told ComicBook.com last year that things would get “a little crazier” starting with Season 4 of the show. However, none of that will be seen anymore because the series will not continue.
