Kaleidoscope chronological order
Kaleidoscope episodes are said to be designed to be watched in any order except “Blanco”which, however, is intended to be seen last “Red” and “Pink” they take place one day and six months after the robbery, respectively. So White will be placed last according to the creator’s wishes. The order is as follows: “Violet”, “Green”, “Yellow”, “Orange”, “Blue”, “Red”, “Pink”, “White”.
The plot of the series spans 24 years, and at the center is a conflict between the master thief Leo Pap (Giancarlo Esposito) and Roger Salas (Rufus Sewell), the head of a security firm whose holdings include a high-tech bank vault in the heart of Manhattan. Leo assembles a team of criminals, each with their own area of expertise, to free Leo from $7 billion in unsecured bearer bonds.
Viewing Kaleidoscope chronologically is possibly the clearest way to follow the story, but not necessarily the most satisfying. By watching the show this way, viewers immediately learn Leo and Roger’s history together, why Leo’s animosity runs so deep, and the importance of one of Leo’s associates.
