Solo The leveling of season 2 The Manhwa Cups in episode 13 cannot kill an incredible and bitterness finish

Episode 25 in solo leveling is an almost perfect shipment to the best anime of the year so far, although the hunting of Sung Jinwoo is far from over.

Sung Jinwoo arises two of his most memorable shadow soldiers in the final of season 2

The resurrection of Min Byunggyu secretly alludes to the true power of Jinwoo

After having realized that there is no other way to save Cha Haein, Sung Jinwoo offers a dark plan: extract the shadow of the healer of Rank min Byunggyu to make him heal Haein. At least that’s how it happens in the Manhwa. In the Solo Anime, Sung Jinwoo reveals that he in fact heard byunggyu’s voice begging him to use his power to heal Haein, which forced him to use the shadow extraction on the fallen hunter. These have interesting implications for the series in general.

On the one hand, it takes part of the ethical weight to take control of the soul of Byunggyu from the hands of Jinwoo. In Manhwa, Jinwoo personally choosing to resuscitate Byunggyu is only another moral question that he commits in history. In the anime, however, Byunggyu being the only one to suggest that this helps the anime’s final objective of making Jinwoo more exchange in the long term. Another interesting consequence of byunggyu’s communication in Jinwoo in this way is that it suggests that Jinwoo’s connection to death is much deeper than a simple ability to transform people and magic animals into shadow soldiers.

The fact that he can hear people who speak to him beyond the grave is a greater index on the extent of the powers which were given to him by the system. Although this is not an ability that Jinwoo displayed at this stage of the series in the Manhwa, it is not unrealistic for him to do so given the true nature of his powers because they are revealed all over the line. As interesting as the implications are behind the extraction of the shadow of Min Byunggyu, he is not even the most exciting shadow soldier to get out of the grave in episode 25 of solo leveling. This honor goes to Beru, the shadow of the king of ants.

Each fight in the solo level where Sung Jinwoo made a shadowed soldier, classified

Sung Jinwoo obtains his shadows after definitive battles, generally against said Shadow. However, all these fights do not show what shadows can do.

Beru’s awakening as a shadow soldier in anime is even cooler than in Manhwa, while he is undergoing a literal rebirth of an insect -like cocoa before spreading his wings in a dramatic way. Beru has always been exaggerated and theatrical, however, so all of this is in fact very on the brand for his character. Beru’s real powers were immediately proved to be after his reappearance, while Jinwoo orders him to almost alone withdraw the remaining 4,000 ants on the island of Jeju. This should however expect the very first general soldier of Jinwoo, however. While Jinwoo can soon learn, Beru is also the only shadow soldier he has occurred so far who can communicate to him by speaking. It is not as simple as the fact that he was already able to speak before death.

As Jinwoo saw with other shadow soldiers who could speak before death, such as Iron, Tusk and even Byunggyu, none of his soldiers can really speak to him as they could before their death. Beru is the exception to the rule because of its general classification. All the soldiers of the general Rank or superior shadow can speak to Jinwoo, and this includes those who come to this rank gradually by progressing over time. Now that her army is the strongest she has ever been and that he has officially reached level 100, Jinwoo is really a force with which it is necessary to count. It would seem that there are really no bigger obstacles to conquer at this stage for the Shadow monarch, but this is not quite the case.

After having officially become a rank of S Solo Episode 19, “I need to stop fucked”, Sung Jinwoo began to think about his next action plan. In the end, he decided that he wanted to create his own guild in order to continue hunting and levels by himself. After having cleaned the raid on the island of Jeju alone, which was a raid of rank, Jinwoo has a power equivalent to that of a hunter of national level. Jinwoo is easily the strongest in South Korea and would not technically have to answer anyone there. However, Jinwoo always has an admiration and respect for the wisdom of Go Gunhee, which probably explains why he always goes back to Gunhee and the Hunter association, even if he would really not have to do so.

After the funeral of Min Byunggyu, Gunhee meets Jinwoo to discuss Jinwoo’s plans given his new international renown. To this end, Jinwoo requests: he wants to start his own guild. Usually a strike team would need at least 10 members to attack a door. However, Jinwoo wants to create a guild with the permission of Gunhee so that he can undergo dungeon raids entirely alone to continue to progress. As expected, Gunhee approves Jinwoo’s proposal.

Solo leveling can break all anime records, it is still not worth the media threw

Solo leveling is not a bad anime, but it has flagrant faults that prevent it from being the best anime.

On the journey of Jinwoo to the byunggyu funeral house, he ended up receiving a call from the only other confirmed member of his guild so far: Yoo Jinho. Now that they have permission to officially start a guild, Jinwoo and Jinho only need another guild companion to meet the minimum requirement to become an official guild. However, there is apparently at least another person who wants to join his guild so far. After hearing their background conversation, Han Songyi takes Jinho’s phone and told Jinwoo that he should hire him to join his guild.

When he heard Jinho and Songyi show up in an argument, Jinwoo hangs up, but it may not be such a bad proposal. Songyi is always an awakening being after all, and making her become secretary of her guild would be a good way for Jinwoo to make sure that Jinah’s best friend has remained far from all doors. In the Manhwa, the cousin of Jinho, Soohyun, is another eminent potential member of Jinwoo’s Guild. However, given that his introduction into the series seems to have been ignored at this stage, it is very possible that the anime can set up Songyi to be the member of the third guild of Jinwoo.

While Jinwoo plans his next movement at a general time of peace for him and South Korea as a whole, there are dark forces at work which also begin to evoke their own plots. While a secondary raid festival returns to the island of Jeju to eliminate any ants of anti Jinwoo that the soldiers would have missed, the strike team is encountered by a new surprising threat. Darkness descends two intimidating humanoid animals of great intelligence. One disguised as a barbarian with long hair and pointed fangs, and another that is hitting the ice that Jinwoo fought in the red door at the start of season 2.

Although the identities of these figures are not yet revealed, they are clearly of much higher power than anything that Jinwoo has been faced. Not only can the ice go to sleep a whole team of hunters with a snap of the finger, but he and his companion are able to summon doors at will to travel between them like portals. The most striking of all on these two new characters is that they both have acute awareness of Sung Jinwoo and its powers. The two had apparently arrived on Jeju precisely to see if it was his work power, and they both seem completely shocked that he “helps humans”.

Is Sung Jinwoo the real villain of solo leveling?

Sung Jinwoo is perhaps the “hero” of solo leveling, but there are several signs throughout the series which indicate a much darker identity at the end of the game.

Throughout season 2, Jinwoo found himself questioning the source of his powers, because he can communicate with magic animals and magic animals do not hear a voice in their heads ordering them to kill him as they do for other human beings. In reality, these two beings are part of a larger group which lies at the heart of the whole conflict in SoloAnd have a deep connection with the system that increases the level of Jinwoo. This is also hinted by the fact that they are in terms of the father of Sung Jinwoo, ilhwan.

Back in season 2, episode 3 When Ilhwan was presented for the first time, he tried to explain to Hwang Dongsoo that a war was going to arrive and that the one who has the power to destroy everything had woken up. ILHWAN’s only objective was to defeat this power to protect the world. Given this context, it is clear that also focuses on the power that underlies Jinwoo’s capacities and seeks to stop it. While this pair of magic animals perceives the power underlying the system like their ally, ILHWAN clearly sees it as a threat, that is why it keeps an eye on this pair of bad shadows.
