New report shares Blade plot details

Some important Blade plot details have reportedly been leaked online.

The Mahershala Ali starrer is finally taking shape after several hiccups in the project, with Yann Demange taking over the director’s job and rewriting the project. However, a new report from Daniel Richman has shared details of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, and what it says may not be to everyone’s liking.

The insider says the film will be R-rated and period. Additionally, the story claims that the villainous Lilith will be able to create her own army of daywalkers to get Blade’s daughter’s blood. Finally, Richman comments that Lilith’s weapon is an ebony sword.

Although some information has pleased many fans, such as the tone of the film and the sighting of Lilith, there are other points of concern for UCM followers. After the rewrites, many thought the vampire slayer’s daughter would be leaving the project, but this report confirms her presence.

The controversy is about how unnecessary it feels to show the heroine in her first adventure, and it could be a resource that will be widely seen from season 4 of UCM. Introducing younger versions of iconic heroes to replace them in the future (many of them being their children) is something that has been seen a lot in the past.

What Richman shared should still be considered hearsay. Blade hits theaters on November 7, 2025.
