
With recent news that Daredevil: Born Again has finished filming its second season, it looks like fans won’t have to wait much longer to see what happens next on the hit TV series. A rumored release date has just been announced.

This puts the new season ahead of Spider-Man: A Whole New Daywhich will be released in July, as well as Avengers: Apocalypsewhich hits theaters in December. The series sees Charlie Cox reprising his role as Matt Murdock from the Netflix series. Jon Bernthal will also return as Frank Castle/Punisher for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, and it could have serious consequences for both Spider-Man: A Whole New Day And Avengers: Apocalypse. In June, it was confirmed that Bernthal would star as The Punisher in Brand new dayit therefore seems likely that the events of Born again Season 2 might give fans an idea of why Spider-Man and The Punisher will cross paths.

With Ritter’s surprising escape from Daredevil: Born Again In the season 2 trailer, it appears the actress is eager to reprise the role of Jessica Jones. His arrival in the upcoming season likely foreshadows a bigger return, with a former Marvel TV exec teasing that other stars of Netflix’s Marvel programming could also make their way into the MCU.
Defenders Producer Jeph Loeb recently explained how superheroes could make their official debut in the MCU, saying: “One thing I’d like to clarify – even though it’s an easy shorthand to call them the Netflix heroes – the plain truth is that Netflix was our network.
