Andor star Diego Luna believes some episodes of the Star Wars show’s second season could be released in theaters

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Star Wars actor said that he thinks the show could hit theaters as an event that would serve to connect the second season of Andor against Rogue One. The star was asked how likely it was that the series would be shown in theaters, and Luna responded, “It’s high… It’s very high.” The star then explained what the reason for this possible event would be.

“I’m sure someone at Lucasfilm and Disney will give us the opportunity to watch season 2 and then go straight to the movie on a big screen with tons of popcorn and friends around.”

On the other hand, Luna commented that the series will change the way fans see Rogue One.

“I think people who watch Rogue One, after watching season 2, will see a different movie. Everything will have a different meaning knowing what had to happen for K-2 to be there. I think it will allow you to see the journey of Rogue One in a different way. And not just with K-2, but with a lot of other characters. “I think it’s going to be really cool.”
