The next franchise project
A short 10-second trailer for FX and Noah Hawley’s Alien: Earth series is now playing in U.S. theaters at Regal Cinemas.. It is unclear whether the trailer will be shown outside the United States or in other theater chains. This program will take place three decades before the original 1979 film.
In the trailer, we can see the Earth reflected in the head of a xenomorph before the popular alien looks at the screen and goes into menacing mode. Then the title of the show appears and they confirm that it will premiere in 2025. We share the trailer below.
While we wait for more news on Hawley’s series, Alien: Romulus has gotten off to a good start in theaters, having opened at number one in the U.S. Additionally, according to Deadline, current projections show the film Faith Alvarez will open its domestic debut over $40 million, after pulling in $18.5 million in previews on Thursday and Friday. The film has instead earned a B+ rating Cinema Scorewhich is pretty good for a production like this.
