Shortly after, communication with the control of the mission is lost and the chain reaction of debris begins to destroy their shuttle, to kill their crew and to cut them from their native planet.
Kowalski saves the stone from floating in space and reminds her of the shuttle, only to find that their whole team was killed, and they are the only two alive. With 90 minutes on their apocalyptic clock and no scoring shuttle, the pair of panic decides to use their remaining resources to release the float towards nearby space stations to find a path to the earth.
