Megatron becomes king of monsters in the release of New Transformers X Godzilla
The DK-67 Megazauron Monster King upgrade kit gives the figure Megazauron a larger head, arms and claws, as well as emblematic Godzilla thorns which flow the back and the beloved Kaiju tail. When they are transformed into megatron, these thorns line the sword and the shield of the figure, which are themselves made from the detached tail of the Godzilla shape of the figure. These enlarged parts also fill the silhouette of the Megatron Form, which makes it a larger and more imposing figure as a whole. The DK-67 Megazauron Monster King upgrade kit seems to include a minimum of fourteen new parts to modify the original model.
As a chief of origin of the decepticons, Megatron is by far the most emblematic and most recognizable villain of the whole Transformers franchise. Over the years, Megatron’s presence has only been overshadowed by a handful of larger threats, many of which Megatron has finally manipulated to his own advantage, despite their greatest stature and their status. Through almost all iteration of Transformers Franchise, Megatron was at the center of the overall conflicts of the series, often directly responsible for them.
