
Scream Factory announced that one of the most famous zombie films by George A. Romero, Day of the deadobtains a special restoration. The new version coincides with the original film reaching its 40th anniversary this year.
The new outing of Screamiy Factory from Day of the dead will be a 4K UHD edition. The company also shared that they had discovered original film elements which will be included in the new cup. A post on Instagram By Scream Factory provides an overview of the release, which has no defined date yet, but should arrive later this year. The 40th official anniversary fell on July 19, one day before the announcement.
