Something terrible has happened to the world of Korra legend Some time after the fall of the bad guys like Zaheer and Kuvira. The benefits will be examined in the next Avatar: Seven Havens Project, and until then, all kinds of theories float. Most likely, spirits are the main cause of the misfortunes of humanity at the time of the seven paradise, and for one reason or another, Avatar Korra could not prevent this from happening. As a member of the Avatar cycle, Korra was responsible for protecting humanity and spirits, but she did not have what it takes.
Korra has proven itself a very competent avatar, having learned a lot of mentors like Tenzin, Iroh and the elderly Toph, and it is difficult to imagine it fail. Something kept her while human civilization collapsed, and fans could trace this to her uncle, UNALAQ. Fortunately, that did not prevent Korra from defeating Zaheer and Kuvira, but in the long term, it is clear that Korra was too sabotaged due to the actions of Unalaq to save the world again.
UNALAQ’s attack on the avatar cycle has undergone serious damage to the world
Unalaq is the worst villain of the Avatar series
The four bad guys of Avatar Korra threatened it devastating it, like the masked villain Amon who takes Korra to look via his specialized blood beast, or Zaheer poison with Mercury. Kuvira, meanwhile, decreased the image of Korra by saving the kingdom of the land fractured without the help of Korra. The victories of the drop in blood, poison and politicians are all effective against Korra, but Avatar Korra had means to overcome these threats, like Ghost d’Aang and Toph Beifong advice. But there was a nasty attack that caused overwhelming damage to Korra, something worse than the Earth Empire or the Equalistic Organization could never have done.
Being an expert of all that is spiritual, the nasty uncle of Korra Uncle Unalaq knew how to directly attack the avatar cycle and destroy it without taking the life of his niece. Unlike Amon and the other bad guys, Unalaq knew the two great minds Raava and Vaatu, and he sought to free the latter from the Tree of Time. Once he did this, Unalaq did things a little further by merging with Vaatu to become the first and the only dark avatar, and he used Vaatu’s powers as such. Vaatu actually torn off Rava from Korra’s body and temporarily destroyed Raava, ending the Avatar cycle at the time. Korra has lost its connection with all its ancient me, the power of the avatar state and the non -water flexion styles. Fortunately, Korra defeated Unavaatu with an energy and merged with the low remains of Raava to restart the avatar cycle, but the damage was caused.

The legend of the real Korra villain has been hiding in sight for 13 years
The legend of the real badge of Korra was always hiding in the shadows – and is not who (or what) the avatar fans could think.
For this reason, Unalaq may not be the most entertaining Korra legend Nasty, but it is the most consecutive of all, and massive damage has a large range consequences. Since the avatar cycle was destroyed and then restarted, it was considerably reduced when Korra went to bad guys like Zaheer and Kuvira. Korra had her bending and the state of avatar, but she had no me to call on advice, a problem that she openly deplored to her allies. Korra was right to complain, because one of her best tools was missing, and she could only blame Unalaq for that. Even if Korra has never been so good in spiritual matters compared to Aang and Tenzin, she could at least learn to work with spirits and to enter the world of minds, but she cannot learn to bring her past. This damage is permanent.
Interesting fact, the four main bad guys in Korra legend criticized the avatar cycle, and all four thought that it had no place in the world. Amon had the impression that flexion did not have at all in the world, which certainly includes the mega-bender avatar state, and Zaheer criticized the avatar as the defender of an oppressive world order while Kuvira had the impression that the technology had made the state of avatar obsolete. These bad guys could weaken or kill Korra as a person, but only Unalaq could have destroyed the avatar cycle and finish the chain of me. Even if Amon succeeds and stole Korra with her bending forever, the next avatar would not be affected, but this is not the case with the spiritual attack of Unalaq. Now Korra has to face the consequences, and it seems that when she defeated Zaheer and Kuvira, she operated on the time borrowed.
Korra’s lack of me has ruined her in the long term
Obviously, Korra’s reckless actions led to the fall of civilization in Avatar: Seven Havens
Korra and Raava survived the terrible attack of the Unalaq and Vaatu, but the consequences have persisted, and even the Korra allies in the Avatar team could not help as much. A problem was Korra’s impulse personality and limited wisdom, it was too much of a practical avatar which allowed her to fold. Korra is not a complete and total fool, of course, and she learned mentors like Tenzin, but diplomacy and wisdom Sagely are still not her strong costumes, and that shows. Korra deserves the merit of signifying well and taking up her avatar duties seriously, but with hindsight, she definitively made an imprudent appeal that ruined everything, short and long term. More specifically, Korra decided to keep the portals at the opening of the world of exotic mind, a decision that Tenzin applauded but the rest of the world rejected.

What happened to Sokka in the legend of Korra?
Sokka is one of the most important characters in the Avatar franchise, but it is curiously absent from the legend of Korra.
Fans may remember 10,000 years ago, Avatar Wan asked all spirits to leave the human world and return to the world of minds, allowing humanity to spread around the world and to flourish as four great nations. It was undoubtedly the right call, then Korra made the opposite and with devastating consequences. Bringing the spirits to have its advantages here and there, but overall, it was a major problem, with spirits and humans coexisting with great discomfort. Regarding the role of Unalaq in all of this, the fans could say that if Korra had all his past to talk to, they would have advised. Aang, Roku, Kyoshi and the others would have planned the problems, and Korra would likely have listened to them. But since Unalaq destroyed the avatar cycle, Korra has not had a safeguard of the previous avatars and had to make this decision concerning the spiritual portals by itself.
A theory is that unleashed minds are responsible for the fall of humanity and the creation of desperate seven havens. If this is the case, the miserable state of the world returns to the reckless decision of Korra concerning spiritual portals, a decision that she would have made differently with her lives spent there to give advice. Unalaq destroyed the wisdom of the avatar cycle, an intangible but serious blow in the avatar cycle, and Korra and humanity both paid the price. In all honesty, it is likely that any avatar in Korra position could have made the same bad decision concerning spiritual portals. It is not as if Korra was the least wise avatar to live. However, the wisdom of the given avatar is not supposed to work alone, because the avatar is many people in one, which makes each avatar much more than a human who folds four elements. This power has disappeared now and the results are apocalyptic.
Korra & Unalaq share the blame for the current state of the world
This balances the wickedness of Unalaq with the negligence of Korra
An important part of this theory is that neither Korra nor her uncle Unalaq can be blamed only for the fall of humanity and the destructive unleashes of uncontrolled minds in the era of Avatar: Seven Havens. Korra and Unalaq share the blame, which shows that the main twists and turns of the intrigue are never as simple as a character made by themselves a fateful decision. Many people make measures and make decisions during events such as the harmonic convergence and the return of the comet of Sozin, history having many authors writing their own parts of history at the same time. The story is disorderly and complex, and the loss of multigenerational wisdom of the avatar cycle and the rise of destructive minds prove it. Korra and Unalaq were the two main authors of this twisted twist, and that said something about each of them.

The strongest bell in the history of avatar was not an avatar
Yun’s introduction into the novel entitled The Rise of Kyoshi offered a bent potentially capable of mastering avatar.
Unalaq can be blamed for destroying all the Self of Korra and their vital wisdom, but he cannot be blamed for the rise of minds in the Seven Havens Era, no longer the one who chose to leave the spiritual portals open. He would have done so, given the occasion, but this decision fell against Korra, after Unalaq was already killed. This somewhat humiliates the wickedness of Unalaq and shows that even the most powerful and ambitious bad guys can only do so many things to modify the course of history, especially when these bad guys are defeated. As for Korra, she wanted to say and did her best, but she clearly appealed because of a lack of contribution from her past lives. Korra is partly victim of UNALAQ actions and partly responsible for what is going on. Korra can in part To be blamed for all this, but not entirely, and it makes the historical complex of the world and ambiguous in the most convincing way.
