Hapna is the very thing as that of Shinichiro Watanabe Lazarus revolves. Created by Dr. Deniz Skinner, he started as the Miracle Elixir in the shape of a pill that could heal humanity in all pain. Then, three years before the start of the main story of Lazarus, Skinner completely disappeared from society, to reappear again with news that devastated the world.

At the start of Lazarus, Skinner said that whoever had taken Hapna would begin to die as little as 30 days.
