An interesting thing about the Marvel cinematographic universe is the way he has shaped other heroes far from the emblematic Trinity of Iron Man, Captain America and The Hulk. While fans clashed in theaters to see these three heroes, many also fell in love with the Star Lord of Chris Pratt.
As Peter Quill, Pratt was an actor, but also a robust hero who went to the knee in the trenches. This is why fans appreciated its growth with the disinterested guards of the galaxy. However, its history felt a little short. Which was corrected, however, with the Avengers Directors, the Russo Brothers, giving it a more nuanced journey in The electrical state.

The story of Star Lord revolved around him in kidnapped by ravages like a boy after the death of his mother. Yondu, however, raised it like a space bandit rather than delivering it to be used by his father Celestial, Ego. After aged, Quill then left the ravages, broke out alone and found the guards. They first chased the orb, only to realize that it was infinite stone that they could not leave Thanos.

This sent them in the quest where they ended up working with the Avengers in the history of the Russos on the inversion of the snap and the defeat of the crazy Titan. Unfortunately, a large part of Quill’s formative identity was cut by James Gunn. The fans wanted to see more from the catalyst that informed why he would turn against ravaging, and where this heroic seed came from. Quill seeing them kill, flying to the poor or being a poison in the cosmos would have justified his departure and placed the context for his face turn. It would have made its story of complete origin.

In Netflix The electrical stateThe Russo brothers offer their own point of view on the Galaxy goalkeepers movies. Pratt plays Keats, a salvager who was initially out to swap and fly. He wants to sell vintage objects to humans and robots after a war between the two species. It looks a lot like the relic hunting pen. In addition to this star Lord star, he has a Rocket Racoon type ally in the form of the military robot, Herman. His enemy is Ethan Skate, a villain who wants to experiment and use technology to govern society, with great evolution.
To top it off, Keats becomes a hero to help the family he finds along the way, focusing the Skate company of Millie Bobby Brown to save his brother. There is even a Pasche nebula, with the butcher of Giancarlo Esposito being a bonus hunter who betrays the skateboarding empire when he realizes that man is a tyrant. Keat’s “guards” find a higher call, knowing that they have to burn his business and protect humanity from mentally droppings and innocent robots to be purged in The electrical state END.
What makes Keats the story stands out even more is when he reveals that he fought against robots. But when he was injured, Herman saved him and tried to bring him back to humanity. Unfortunately, humans tried to terminate both, deeming them abominations. Without the place of war and the two parties hate them, Keats has become a thug and a lost son of two worlds as Quill. He didn’t care about anything other than operating buyers. However, he had this love and this sense of the family inside, explaining why he would decide to help Michelle. He also uses it to help him mentor, effectively creating a paternal role for the orphan as the Lord star did with grotage.
Viewers have a greater idea of its history, its sins and why it takes its redeemer tour. Quill’s atonement needed this kind of extended history. A more complete telescope always helps. This does not mean that it derailed the character of Star Lord, but it harmed his past and why he was as he was. In the end, Keats does not suffer from this problem. It is really a wise crack feather in this human robot war, which forms its cloth group with the two species, understanding that if the family can be traitors, hope cannot be lost. New families can heal, erase old pain and be a force for good for the person in question, and society in the broad sense, as we see when they become guards of a new era of history.
