He spent most of his life on the planet Vampa and grew stronger there. As a legendary Super Saiyan, Broly belongs to the group of warriors who are born once every millennium.

As seen in Dragon Ball Super: BrolyBroly possesses enormous power that knows no limits. Despite his devastating strength, Broly is a renowned pacifist. Vegito might actually be stronger than Gogeta

Vegito is another fusion of Goku and Vegeta, but this one uses the Potara Earrings. This means that Vegito is as strong as Gogeta, if not stronger. He was able to fight and defeat Fused Zamasu in combat, which shows how powerful he is.

Since Gogeta would be able to handle Broly without much trouble, it can easily be assumed that the same would be true for Vegito. Fans haven’t seen Vegito and Broly fight, but Vegito likely has the upper hand in any duel that might arise between these two powerhouses.

Beerus is a literal god of destruction

Whis’ use of Autonomous Ultra Instinct is just one of his most powerful abilities, so much so that even Beerus learned this technique from him. Grand Zeno could erase Broly from existence

For the most part, the deities represented in the Dragon Ball The franchise avoids combat, preferring to preside over the universe with a more indirect approach. However, this does not mean that these beings are incapable of defending themselves; in fact, the creator of Dragon Ball the universe – Grand Zeno – could literally erase every other being from existence.

Given Broly’s status as a mortal, it stands to reason that even his might would stand no chance against Great Zeno’s reality-altering powers. If the two ever engaged in combat, the volatile Saiyan would be lucky to survive more than a few moments.

Captain Ginyu still has a chance thanks to his trademark technique

Almost all the characters in Dragon Ball Z is significantly weaker than the version of Broly that appears in Dragon Ball Superand that includes Frieza’s most trusted soldiers, the Ginyu Force. However, while the Ginyu Force is undoubtedly out of its league when it comes to fighting Broly, one of its members might just be able to accomplish the near-impossible feat: Captain Ginyu.

Captain Ginyu’s body-switching technique was never shown to have any notable restrictions, making it entirely possible that the boisterous character could commandeer Broly’s body for his own. To make matters worse for Broly, the Saiyan’s stupid nature also means that he would likely be an easy target for the mind games that Ginyu plays with his opponents.

Characters Broly Can Defeat

Goku’s chances against Broly are still relatively low

Goku is a Saiyan from Universe 7 who possesses tremendous combat abilities. There seems to be no limit to Goku’s strength. During the Tournament of Power, Goku managed to gain the powers of Ultra Instinct, and during the Moro arc, he learned to use the Ultra Instinct sign at will.

As strong as he is, Goku’s chances of defeating Broly are still very low. Fans believe that Broly is superior to him in terms of combat, which is actually a good thing because it gives Goku a reason to continue fighting to reach his peak form. That said, there will come a time when Goku will surpass Broly.

Vegeta will most certainly end up getting crushed

Vegeta is the prince of the Saiyans of Universe 7 and one of the strongest characters in the series. He is strong enough to take on Goku in a fight, although the latter seems just strong enough to keep Vegeta in permanent second place. Then again, Vegeta managed to put up a decent fight against Jiren in the Tournament of Power.

He even defeated Toppo, a God of Destruction candidate. Unfortunately, Vegeta’s level is set below Broly’s, and no matter how strong Vegeta is right now, he will eventually get crushed. That said, fans are wondering if Ultra Ego Vegeta could turn the tide of battle in his favor, albeit temporarily.

Hit’s time skip ability can probably be overcome by Broly

Universe 6’s best assassin, Hit is a powerful fighter who has fought against Goku and Vegeta several times. Just like them, he is capable of becoming stronger and stronger as the battle progresses. Additionally, Hit’s ability allows him to skip time and kill his enemies easily.

However, the chances of this technique working on Broly are quite low. Previously, Goku and Jiren demonstrated the ability to break through Hit’s special technique. Since Broly is obviously stronger than Goku, there is no reason to doubt that Broly cannot overcome the iconic Time-Skip.

Toppo is inferior to Goku and Vegeta

Toppo is also a member of the Pride Troopers, just like Jiren. He is powerful enough to be recommended for the position of God of Destruction, meaning he is a worthy opponent for Broly. However, just because he’s called a God of Destruction doesn’t mean he’s stronger than Broly.

Luckily for the legendary Super Saiyan, this film saw the start of a transformation that could actually challenge Broly for his place at the top of the series’ power rankings: Gohan Beast.

Gohan Beast is a unique transformation that Whis believes does not rely on Gohan’s Saiyan genetics or divine powers, making it one of the few transformations in the series as unique as Gohan’s Berserker state. Broly. Unfortunately for Gohan, although the gap between him and Broly is small, his inexperience with the Gohan Beast transformation means he would likely fail in a battle against his fellow Saiyan.

The appearance of Goku Black would drive Broly crazy

Captain Ginyu’s efforts to steal Goku’s body are commendable, but in reality, his accomplishments are far less impressive than those of another body snatcher: Zamasu. The sinister Kai is the antagonist of the Goku Black arc, during which he commandeers Goku’s body for his own use. However, even if Goku Black and his transformation into Super Saiyan Rosé, they would probably be useless against Broly.

If there’s one person in the role that drives Broly to pure rage, it’s Goku. This vendetta is deeply rooted in the legendary Super Saiyan, so if he saw Goku Black – who looks like Dragon Ballthe protagonist of – then he would probably go into full berserker mode. Considering the fact that Goku Black struggled to fight Vegeta and Goku one-on-one, there’s virtually no doubt that he would be demolished by an angry Broly.
