A new rumor claims that Sony is already thinking about the next Venom project

Apparently, Sony is developing a new film related to the popular symbiote Poison.

Sony wants more movies about one of Spider-Man’s greatest enemies

Second Daniele Richtmann, Sony is preparing a Marvel Universe film centered on Agent Venom. In the comics, the person behind this version of the symbiote is Flash Thompsonthe companion of Peter Parker during his time in high school and that he enlists in the United States Army after graduation. Thompson becomes Agent Venom after losing his legs in the Iraq war and forming a bond with the symbiote that he keeps under control through drugs.

The insider didn’t offer any further details, so we don’t know if Sony would be interested in using it Tony Revolori (the Flash of the Marvel Cinematic Universe) to star in their film or if they will simply look for another actor.
