According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dave Callaham will be writing the new Empire series. Callaham is known for co-writing Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse, as well as co-writing Ant-Man. His writing credits include Wonder Woman 1984, The Expendables, Zombieland and Mortal Kombat.
