Christopher Nolan has revealed that Inception was intended to be a horror film.
Interstellar director Tenet and Oppenheimer Christopher Nolan were on the verge of making a horror film.
Initial plan
Christopher Nolan shared his desire to direct a horror film, but he said that he must first find the right idea. The amazing thing is that the filmmaker could have made the first film belonging to this genre ten years ago.
Nolan told the Telegraph that the premise for Inception was to be a horror adventure.
“At first I was thinking about a horror movie, but it ended up being Inception. I’ve been looking for a device where dreams are important to the story, and the idea that someone can infiltrate your dream space and steal an idea is very compelling to me.
Although the film version focuses on the horror of a man invading the dreams of others, I am sure that many fans of the director will not change a thing about the production that will be shown in theaters.
