Turles already possesses commendable strength as a Saiyan, but the Tree of Might is an invasive plant that sucks a planet’s energy and channels it into a powerful fruit. Turles feeds on the fruits of the Tree of Might and transforms into an even more intimidating threat. Goku narrowly survives when his Spirit Bomb attack eliminates not only Turles, but also the Tree of Might, restoring the stolen energy to the planet.

Bojack presents such a feared threat that he had to be locked up beforehand by the four Kais, which is no small feat.

Hirudegarn is a Phantom Majin demon god who embodies pure rage and destruction. An evil sorcerer, Hoi, activates Hirudegarn to destroy all inhabitants of the universe who are not Kashvars.
Hirudegarn is extremely powerful, but he also benefits from an advantageous ability that knocks him out of his physical form, so most attacks simply pass through him. Goku eventually gains the upper hand when his Super Saiyan 3 Dragon Fist attack is able to actually connect – and destroy – his target. Hirudegarn’s final form is stronger than Super Saiyan Vegeta, Ultimate Gohan, and Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, but Super Saiyan 3 Goku proves enough to defeat this threat.

Janemba goes on a rampage in the Other World during the events of Fusion rebornand requires serious intervention to be dismantled. Janemba benefits from interdimensional abilities that allow him to traverse reality and gradually enter and exit combat. Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Pikkon, and Vegeta are all inferior to Janemba’s abilities, especially after he transformed into Super Janemba and became even stronger. Super Janemba poses such a serious threat that it prompts Goku and Vegeta to turn to the Metamoran fusion dance in order to pool their strengths and skills. Super Saiyan Gogeta completely overwhelms Super Janemba and eradicates this vengeful villain.
Oddly enough, Janemba is the strongest Dragon Ball Z villain of the film alone, even if Hirudegarn pursues him. Super Janemba was stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku, while this transformation is enough to take out Hirudegarn. Goku doesn’t need to turn to fusion to defeat Hirudegarn, but it is essential in the battle against Janemba. It’s unclear if Goku’s Dragon Fist technique would even be enough to defeat Super Janemba, given his dimensional rift powers. This also means that Gogeta is the strongest character to appear in any movie. Dragon Ball Z film, but his later appearance in Dragon Ball GT And Dragon Ball Super means that he is no longer a character reserved for the cinema.
