She needed to finish the pain in this way, and when she did, Elena decided to literally burn all her previous life. She struck a match and burned her house with Jeremy in it, embarking on a whole new ruthless trip where she had no more emotions or humanity.

Silas was built to be the most terrifying creature to have ever traveled the planet, but more than its strength, it was its appearance that did this TVD The most formidable villain. No one had known his true face at all, and he was skillful to take the face of others at will. However, when Stefan went to throw him into the career, fans were shocking.
Silas came out and had the exact face of Stefan. It was not one of his tips, but the real face of Silas. We did not know why at the time, but Silas was identical to Stefan, and the season ended on this explosive cliffhanger.
