Over the decades, the Dragon Ballon The franchise presented hundreds of different attacks to viewers. Some are emblematic, and others, such as the explosion of the mouth and the kick of dynamite, are honestly better forgotten. While signature movements like Kamehameha or Final Flash continue to define the series, not all techniques had the same impact. In fact, a surprising number of attacks failed to achieve their result or was deemed useless by the anime fans when they were used.
Dragon Ballon never lacked creativity with regard to flashy techniques and named attacks. But for each Kamehameha, there are a dozen movements that are simply not measured on the battlefield. Weak or simply too slow to be effective, these attacks remind viewers that all flashy techniques do not win a battle. Although some of these movements add humor or great visuals to the series, they fail to have a real impact in the heat of the battle.

Janemba’s dimensional hole is a cool tip that hasn’t changed anything
The attack is visually cool but practically useless
The power of Janemba to fold reality makes him appear frightening because he can tear holes in space and cross them. However, this power does not really help him in combat. The movement looks cool on the screen, but the dimensional hole did not prevent Gogeta from beating it easily. The attack makes it difficult for the weaker fighters to strike Janemba, but strong fighters do not have many problems. The dimensional hole serves a visual tip more than a capacity that changes the situation.
After a while, the dimensional hole becomes a background noise in the fights. Even if it looks great, the attack does not change the result of a battle. Janemba loses quickly once someone serious comes. This attack proves that strong appearance is not the same as being strong. If an opponent can see through the tips, flashy powers do not mean much.

Yamcha’s spiritual ball is too slow and too predictable
His fantasy movement does nothing
Presented during the Saiyan saga, Yamcha’s spiritual ball was supposed to be special. It is a guided energy missile that Yamcha can control with his fingers. On paper, Spirit Ball seems promising, but this decision does not work well against difficult fighters. Yamcha is sometimes a good fighter, but this decision does not benefit him much. The spiritual ball moves too slowly and does not have the destructive power of importance in a real fight. Yamcha used this technique against weak opponents, but once the Saiyans have arrived, the attack has stopped being useful.

Each Dragon Ball Goku fight used Kaio-Ken’s attack, classified
Kaio-Ken does not always obtain the respect it deserves in DBZ, but it is undoubtedly a cooler transformation than Super Saiyan with even better fights.
Enemies like Nappa are far too fast and strong to be injured. Even Yamcha abandons the move later in the series, which says a lot. The Spirit ball is like a toy compared to the large attacks used by Goku or Vegeta. Yamcha’s spiritual ball is more fun than dangerous. In the end, this decision simply adds to the long list of things that do not work for Yamcha.
This attack was easy to see and easy to dodge
Dodoria, one of Frieza’s best henchmen, tried to impress with a mouth bundle. The mouth bundle is a wave of energy which he draws from his mouth instead of his hands. This movement could have worked if the explosion was fast or strong, but that was not the case. Gohan dodged the mouth beam without problem, and the move has never injured anyone important throughout its brief on the screen. The attack was noisy and full of smoke, but that was almost everything. The mouth beam did not surprise anyone, and the movement was not powerful enough to have importance.
Dodoria used the mouth bundle in many fights, but the movement has never been strong enough to make a real difference. Mouth explosions may seem cool, but if they do not reach or do not do any damage, it is only noise. Dodoria needed something better if he wanted to scare anyone apart from low -level fighters.

Multi-formular technique means more clones but less power
The separation has never helped him to become much stronger
The multi-formular technique allows a fighter to divide into clones. Tien uses this technique during the 22nd world martial arts tournament, and later, Goku and Krillin try it during training. This decision seems intelligent at the beginning because more fighters should mean more power, but each clone is only a quarter as strong as the original. This is the problem: the more the user divides, the more they become weak. Enemies can simply knock the clones quickly and manage the real one afterwards.
Worse, the multi-formular technique confuses the user as much as he confuses the opponent. In Dragon Ball ZTien used this against the cell and fought easily. Multi-form can help with tips or calculation, but the technique does not gain real fights. When the division only does a weakness, such a technique becomes more a problem than a solution.

Hercules’ dynamite kick is a joke
The movement that was not delayed
Mr. Satan, also known as Hercules, speaks big and acts as the strongest fighter in the world. He built a career on exaggerated stories and false victories. However, its special movement, The Dynamite Kick, is just a regular kick with a strong name. He uses movement with a lot of cries, but it never works on a strong.
He tried the dynamite kick on Cell and Majin Buu, and both barely noticed him. Even when he used it on Android 18 during the tournament, this decision had no effect. The dynamite kick has become more an act of comedy than a real attack. In a world full of energy explosions and power of God, a simple kick will not do much. The Hercules movement is good for laughter but never helps you in combat. Dynamite Kick is more a performance than a real demonstration of strength.

Frieza’s death ball is strong but takes too long
The finisher of the Frieza brand is too slow to land
Frieza’s death ball is emblematic, in particular for its role in the destruction of Planet Vegeta and Namek. But in the head-on-one fights, this powerful attack leaves a lot to be desired. The massive energy sphere takes too long to load and is just as easy to dodge or deviate. Fighters like Goku can easily dodge or block the attack.

The most powerful 35 villains of Dragon Ball, classified
Goku and his allies fought against many bad guys in the Dragon Ball franchise. Some were humorous while others could destroy the universe.
When Frieza uses the battle ball, his enemies have enough time to react. Later in the series, even lower fighters could stop the death ball or eliminate the attack. The death ball is better for huge and real estate targets than for individual fights. If someone remained motionless, the attack could strike, but no one does it in a real battle. Its only real success occurs when the planets are the target.

The attack of the Gotenks Super Ghost is not worth it
This technique is flashy but ineffective
Gotenks proposed a strange attack entitled The Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. He makes ghost versions of himself which float towards the enemy and explode. This movement was funny and different because it added a certain variety to Dragon Ball’s Standard energy dam. However, the Super Ghost Kamikaze attack does not really help much in the fights.
The attack has several deadly faults. Although ghosts can explode, they are fragile and easy to avoid. Sometimes they explode too early or do not follow orders. Against serious bad guys like Super Buu, ghosts are hardly more than winning time. Gotenks liked the movement because it looked cool, but the Super Ghost Kamikaze was not reliable when things became serious. The attack added humor and not strength. The Super Ghost Kamikaze is flashy and fun, but it is one of the many unnecessary movements that do not help win battles.
3
Dodon Ray has a specific harness but does not do any damage
This movement quickly lost its importance
Ray Dodon is a thin energy beam from one finger. This decision was used for the first time by the Tao mercenary, and later by members of the School Crane as Chiaotzu and Tien. The Dodon Ray looks clear and fast, but the damage it does is almost never enough. In fact, the attack barely scratches anyone above average. Goku easily survived Dodon Ray during the original Dragon Ballon series. After that, this decision has become obsolete.
Tien and Chiaotzu ceased to use this movement once they joined the fighters Z. The Dodon Ray was supposed to be the response of the School in Kamehameha, but this decision was never lucky. This technique may seem neat at the beginning, but in the world of the gods and super saiyans, a laser of the finger simply does not cut it.
2
Krillin’s dispersal ball is blurred
The attack was divided too many ways
Krillin once tried to change the classic Kamehameha by dividing it into smaller beams. The idea was to cover more terrain and make the beams more difficult to dodge for enemies. But the attack of the attack made this Kamehameha in particular much lower. Small beams did not do a lot of damage, and stronger enemies dodged them easily, failing the most important thing.

10 strongest attacks main heroes of Dragon Ball only used only once for a stupid reason
Dragon Ball is filled with essential and seismic energy attacks, but some of the strongest techniques of the heroes were only used once!
Krillin has been in many fights, but his dispersion ball can only work against weak combatants who do not know what is coming. Krillin never used the move again, which even shows that he knew that the attack was not useful. In Dragon BallonWhere efficiency and precision are important, the division of an energy wave is only one attack easier to avoid. Regular Kamehameha is strong because the movement concentrates all the energy in a powerful explosion. Breaking the beam into pieces makes this attack unnecessary. Krillin’s new thing did not last long and for a good reason.

Saibamen’s acid spindle is both raw and useless
The wicked decision of the creatures was not worth it
The Saibamen are small green monsters used by the Saiyans. They can explode and have one of the strangest capacities of the franchise, Acid Spit. The acid is supposed to burn through the armor or the flesh of the fighters, but it really does nothing. When a Saibaman used this movement on yours, acid barely left a brand. No one was afraid.
The movement seems disgusting, but is not dangerous. The Saibamen are better to explode than to use acid. Given the limited intelligence of the Saibamen, it is not surprising that this decision was poorly executed. If Acid Spit does not hurt anyone, then the attack does not belong to a real fight. Compared to energy explosions or explosive self -destruction, Acid Spit feels like an emergency weapon at best and a raw tour of the worst.
