The smartest bad guys tend to be the most threatening, as Wiseman proves in the Arc of the Black Moon. Wiseman sneaks into the minds of others, exploiting their hopes and fears. He transforms them into his servants before eliminating them when they are no longer useful to him. Sailor Saturn has inspiring death powers for fear
Sailor Saturn is also known as the guardian of ruin and Renaissance, and she brandishes the sword, which is a Reaper tool.
